Refund Policy

At Elitotool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

• You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@elitotool.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some furniture items marked as “Final Sale” or custom-made may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
